The musicians of the Beerkircher/Lindner/Werner/Landfermann Quartet are united by their passion for the compositional approaches of the contemporary classical music of the 20th and 21st centuries and their love for collective improvising. Additionally, the more traditional song structures of Jazz also find their place in the music. From these initially supposed opposites a free, delicate and adventurous music emerges. It is played in a chamber music line-up, which creates through its instrumentation with violin, clarinet, electric guitar and double bass bewitching soundscapes that mesmerize the audience.
